Rising Stars of New Braunfels is a program of the New Braunfels Jaycees, the New Braunfels Chamber, and the New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung to recognize the contributions of our community’s young leaders. Annually this program will recognize distinguished individuals under the age of 40 who are making a significant impact in their professional and/or civic endeavors. These Rising Stars are on a trajectory towards being New Braunfels’ next generation of outstanding leaders.

This year’s Rising Stars of New Braunfels Soiree will be held at the Hidden Gem of Gruene on Friday, January 10, 2025 from 5:30-8:00pm.

Criteria for Nomination

  • Business, Non-profit, Government, Professional or Service Oriented professionals who are above the age of 18 and under the age of 40 on December 31, 2024.

  • Must live and/or work in New Braunfels.

  • Self-nominations will not be accepted. Must be nominated by a separate individual. 

  • Previous recipients are not eligible for recognition.

  • Those selected must agree to provide a biography, a professional photograph and should be in attendance at the Rising Stars Soiree on January 10, 2025.

Nomination Process

Please complete an individual form for each person you are nominating. All nomination forms must be submitted online. The nominee will be contacted and asked to complete the nominee application. Nomination deadline is Sept. 16, 2024 at 12PM CST (noon).

*Applications are due by Sept. 27, 2024. Please submit your nomination in a timely manner so that the nominee has ample time to complete and submit the application.
